Shipping destinations
We ship within Switzerland and to selected international destinations, including Finland, other supported European countries, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm the options available to your location.
Shipping costs
- Switzerland: free standard shipping.
- Eligible international destinations: standard shipping is CHF 5, with free shipping on qualifying orders from CHF 50. Charges and thresholds are displayed in your checkout currency.
- Free-shipping code: enter LEMUR2020 at checkout for free shipping to eligible destinations, with no minimum order. One use per customer; cannot be combined with other discounts.
Your final shipping charge is displayed before payment.
Order processing and delivery
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 14:00 Central European Time are processed on the next business day.
Estimated transit time after dispatch
- Switzerland: 3–5 business days.
- Eligible international destinations: 5–8 business days.
These transit estimates are in addition to the 1–2 business days needed to process your order.
Delivery times vary by destination. Any available shipping estimate is displayed with the shipping method at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed; delivery can be affected by carrier or customs delays. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering.
